Fundamental Physical Therapy

Fundamental is a new private practice(October 2023). We offer manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescription, and movement education. Also, in the clinic, is a traditional sauna, and a cold plunge. We have already had some success integrating these two modalities into practice. There is such a long list of benefits for deliberate cold and heat exposure and I want to spread the word!
